What is the ESU?

The Summer School seeks to offer a space for the discussion and acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competences in those computer technologies which play a central role in Humanities Computing – with an accent on “Humanities”.

DARIAH Day

To celebrate the renewed cooperating partnership between Babeș-Bolyai University and DARIAH ERIC, the ESUDH 2024 will start with a DARIAH Day – an open event for the entire Romanian Digital Arts and Humanities community.

The location

With a tradition dating back to 1581, Babeș-Bolyai University is the oldest academic institution in Romania, being also the largest and most complex university of the country: a comprehensive, multilingual university (official languages: Romanian, Hungarian and German) with 22 faculties covering all areas of knowledge, and a community of more than 50 000 students, teachers, researchers, and staff.
